Welcome to Morbid Lullabies — a woman-owned, art-driven space dedicated to handmade fashion, experimental beauty, and the occasional hauntingly pretty accessory. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”), so please take a moment to read them.
By accessing or purchasing from morbidlullabies.com, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, we totally respect that — but you may not use our Services.
1. ✿ Eligibility
To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old (or have a parent/guardian’s permission). By shopping with us, you confirm that all info you give is true and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
2. ✿ Handmade Disclaimer
Many of our products are handmade, made-to-order, or uniquely altered. That means no two pieces are 100% identical — and that’s the point! Tiny variations are normal and part of the magic. By purchasing, you understand and accept this level of artisanal uniqueness.
3. ✿ Shipping & Processing
We pack your items with care and weird little love spells. Most orders ship within 5–10 business days unless stated otherwise (especially custom pieces). Please double-check your address — we are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect info.
We currently ship from the U.S., and international orders may take longer depending on customs and local delivery services. Import fees, customs duties, or additional taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. ✿ Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless your item arrives damaged or defective.
If something isn’t right, email us within 3 days of delivery with clear photos at LullabiesMorbid@gmail.com. We will do our best to make it right, but we reserve the right to deny claims that do not meet our policy.
5. ✿ Custom Orders
When placing a custom order, you agree to provide all necessary info up front and approve final images before shipment. Custom orders are not eligible for returns or refunds, so be sure to double-check everything before confirming.
6. ✿ Intellectual Property
All product designs, names, descriptions, photos, and branding elements are the intellectual property of Morbid Lullabies. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without express written permission. We work really hard on our ideas — please don’t steal our spells.
7. ✿ Privacy & Data
We respect your privacy like a sacred diary. We only collect the data necessary to complete your order and provide you with a smooth shopping experience. We’ll never sell your info, and we only share it with trusted services like payment processors and shipping carriers.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, for any reason — especially in cases of fraud, abuse, or harassment. Be kind, stay cute, shop ethically.
9. ✿ Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use (or misuse) of our products. Always read product descriptions carefully and use items as intended. Some pieces may include small parts or delicate materials — keep out of reach of children and pets.
