Who are you?

MorbidLullabies is a women-owned, handmade cosplay and props studio dedicated to creating high-quality, made-to-order pieces for cosplayers, collectors, and fans. We believe in art, craftsmanship, and community. A portion of all sales is donated to the RiseHer Foundation, supporting women and girls worldwide.


Where are you located?

We are proudly based in California, USA.


What makes your products special?

All of our items are 100% handmade and made-to-order with great attention to detail, quality, and durability. No mass production—just pure craftsmanship designed specifically for you.

Can I request something custom?

Yes! We love custom projects. Email us at lullabiesmorbid@gmail.com with your idea, and we’ll provide a quote and timeline.


How long do custom orders take?

Production time varies depending on the complexity of the project, but we’ll give you an estimated timeframe when we confirm your request.


Can I suggest a new product for your shop?

Absolutely! We welcome suggestions for new items. Contact us with your idea, and if it fits our brand and materials, we’ll consider adding it to our lineup.

How long does it take to make my order?

Since every item is made-to-order, production times may vary. Typically, orders are crafted and shipped within 2-4 weeks, depending on order volume and project complexity.


Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship worldwide. Please note that shipping times and costs may vary based on your location.


Will I receive tracking information?

Yes, you’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

 


 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

What is your return policy?
